The Positive SinGyoku is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 flat damage.

Isaac deals an additional +2 damage to enemies.

While holding down the attack button, white tears that can travel through obstacles will continuously be generated and accumulate around Isaac. When the white tears accumulate to 9, no more will be generated.

Releasing the attack button will cause all accumulated white tears to automatically aim at enemies and shoot out.

Can only be obtained by using a bomb to destroy the Yin-Yang Kishin Orb.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.

The design choice of associating "blue" with "yang" stems from the third form of SinGyoku in Highly Responsive to Prayers, which appears as a male priest in white and blue robes.

In traditional Chinese culture, the concept of "masculinity" is symbolically aligned with "yang".
